Ectoplasme, La Grave
Clément battling up the last difficult pitch of Ectoplasme WI5. It's a really good ice climb (and I usually find water ice boring) with a steep vertical cigare on the second pitch and this mixed pitch thrown in to spice things up even more.

Wow, looks wicked! Just out of interest, is that bit he's passing sticking out? And below, is it vertical?

You smoked a cigar half way up the route? Good effort :p

Yeh it's vertical below with a bulge where Clement is. The angle eases back after the moves past the bulge.
I won't be there in the summer Stu and nor will the ice! valley ice has pretty much finished for the year now at La Grave; there's still a few bits hanging around elsewhere but its Alpine/Sport climbing season now!
